When I originally began this editorial way back in Part 1, I did so in an attempt to express my own inexpressible grief and concern surrounding those now indelibly etched events.  But while documenting those things I would later come to claim, I unwittingly stumbled into several hornets' nests.  As a result, I work with this one medium I still have access to, in order to open the eyes and hearts of those few who make their way here--the seekers--those searching for something beyond mere entertainment, those desiring something of greater value--maybe just hope... I could at least take them to that place from whence I draw hope, I thought, as I typed.  But after a year of examining those available puzzle pieces to 9-11, I now find that my own heart has grown increasingly weary and sad from the sheer preponderance of evidence concerning who the real terrorists may indeed be.   Not those that CNN proffers--CNN has become little more than a propaganda tool for MTV and ESPN--but those who seek to do harm, for profit, for power, or just because they can.   Other mainstream "alphabet" news shows run some of what I've found, but, incredibly, most of the facts have been omitted by them.  Curiously, too.  And I have watched the American press uniformly ignore other data which has been readily available to everyone in the international press.  And, fyi, this is not the first time I have witnessed a mountain of solid evidence be either ignored, or refused altogether.

To complicate matters, as matters can be inevitably complicated, I have been enjoying increasingly poorer health the past ten years.   At first I believed this was probably some physiological or emotional response to multiple stressors incurred over the past decade.  Regardless, this past year has been the most difficult.    Over July 4th weekend, however, after more than ten years of tests and probably a dozen different doctors, and with our basement flooded at the end of a 12-day rain, I came down with acute flu-like symptoms and temperature of only 96.2.  I informed our new country doctor how badly I ached all over and how I sometimes felt too tired to breathe, that I hadn't felt so tired since I had Mononucleosis in high school.  Evidently that was the critical missing piece of information.  He then ran an extra blood test, and ten days later I was diagnosed with level six Epstein-Barr Virus.

I now refer to the Epstein-Barr Virus, as a "so-called" virus, because, as I was attempting to learn more about my own illness, I stumbled across additional related information that proved startling, disheartening, and disgusting.   Perhaps I am still at middle age more than somewhat naive; perhaps I've led too sheltered an existence; perhaps my own standards have been too high regarding treatment of my fellow human beings--whatever.  What I've uncovered this past year has left me filled with anguish concerning just who those enemies of this country and us, the American people, truly may be.  Regardless, information I have come across in the past three months, has left me almost unable to express myself.  However, I will attempt to share with you what I have learned, as concisely as possible.  You draw your own conclusions.

You will, anyway.

In my research of EBV and other apparently now known to be related auto-immune diseases (like Parkinson's, MS, Lupus, ALS, etc.), I accidentally stumbled into a hornets' nest of medical files belonging to our US military, where I learned about the intentional development, manufacture, and marketing of certain strategic diseases, that is, organisms engineered in a military lab for the purposes of use as weaponry (strategic weaponry, not to be confused with tactical weaponry).

I could not believe what I was reading.

"Biological warfare is the intentional use of toxic substances or harmful microorganisms (removed from human cells) to kill or injure
human beings or the natural life they depend on for food. " -- Dictionary of Military Science.  "Pathogens (disease-causing viruses and bacteria) are packaged in bombs or spray cans and released on enemy troops. The effects of this type of weapon are disastrous. Dangerous diseases from the past and present, once locked-up tight in government laboratories are resurfacing to cause almost instantaneous outbreaks of disease. The bubonic plague (a.k.a. 'Black Death'), a disease carried by fleas which caused endless terror in Medieval Europe, is one of the many killers being set free. Smallpox, yellow fever, anthrax and cholera are only a few more of the once-familiar diseases that are being used to attack enemies during wartime." --Suzuki, 208-210

My first response to finding all this was, well, OK, maybe we need to prevent this country's enemies--terrorists-- from gaining knowledge of our strategic weapons development via a complete shroud of secrecy.   Certainly we had enshrouded our military aircraft development in such secrecy, to prevent the enemy from gaining an advantage over us.

But what I couldn't get my mind around was, being the rich industrious country we are, how could we ever need to earn an income from the development and sale of deadly diseases as strategic weaponry.

Recently, some of my friends, upon learning of the shocking reality that our government, with full knowledge of Congress and the CDC and NIH,  had secretly sold Iraq biological weapons of mass destruction from 1983-1994,  observed with great ire that my outrage at this revelation had all the validity of holding car manufacturers responsible (GM, Chevy, and Ford) for the deaths of individuals in car wrecks."It's the nut behind the wheel, who should be held accountable" they grouse, "not the manufacturers... Saddam is responsible for his weapons, not us!"

Well, America DID indeed hold Ford Motors and Firestone responsible for selling deadly products, didn't we?  Sometimes when a product proves so destructive, the designer and manufacturer, as well as the distributor, must all be held accountable.

It is apparent that the major governments of our visible world seem to have been perpetually engaged in a race to secure and maintain positions as "King of the Hill," since time immemorial.  Julius Caesar and his own empire exemplified this.  And our American forefathers modeled our own government, right down to its buildings, on Roman archetypes.  There is a well known saying, however, that those who refuse to look at history, are condemned to repeat it.

Let me remind perennial worshippers of our forefathers concerning the fall of that same Roman empire, ultimately collapsing under the weight of its own greed.

Part of maintaining control of an empire has appeared to include possessing wealth, intelligence, the best technology, as well as the most fearsome weapons.  We built a bigger bomb and unloaded it on Japan in 1945, to prove this point.  We raced against Russia to be first to the moon.  We now seek to control  those oil supplies in the mideast, to prevent a worldwide deficit in the next 25 years, because whoever controls the world's oil controls the future, we say.  But when you think about what goes into engineering and manufacturing diseases as strategicbiological weapons, what kind of goal is at stake?  Does one think, "Well, terrible diseases predate mankind; let's just use them to our advantage?"

Perhaps somewhere along the process of making a better mouse trap, or building a bigger bomb, we may have lost our minds--after all, just what had to be done to existing dangerous organisms in order to insure their efficacy and superiority as weapons, for distribution and sale?

How are guns (aka, tactical weapons) tested for effectiveness as viable weaponry?  How exactly does one then test a potential strategic biological weapon?
And is it reasonable to think prospective sellers would want to test a product for viability before manufacturing it with the intent to distribute?  It makes good business sense to me.  Even automobile manufacturers road test their automobiles.  Don't you test drive a car before purchasing it?   I try out guitars before purchasing one.  Why would Saddam Hussein, or anyone else, buy a product designed for warfare which hadn't been proven to be effective?

Answer: He wouldn't.

No potential King of the Hill would dare risk his or her potential empire on a weapon that was ineffective.

Who, then, tested those biological weapons we sold to Iraq; when, where, and on whom, I wondered.  Did anyone patent those biological weapons?   Can one patent a biological weapon?   Was a license obtained for purposes of selling them to another country?  Does anyone get a "royalty" each time one is sold?

What I found, surprised this middle aged musician.   Let me now suggest to you some groups of individuals who have, in my opinion, displayed a greater degree of depraved indifference toward humanity--greater than even Ford or Firestone--for purposes of what appears to be unbridled greed, and who appear to be a lot closer to home than you may want to believe.  Conspiracy theories are just that, my friends--theories.  Theories cannot be proven.  However they cease to be theories the moment there is real evidence.

It seems mankind and/or science has known about biological weapon potential, since that Roman Empire when Romans troops contaminated enemy wells with dead animal carcasses. [3]  Here in my own beloved country, one of our earliest recorded uses of biological weaponry occurred in the the late 1700's was when, during the French and Indian Wars, smallpox was distributed to American Indians via infected bedding, killing, thus thinning out their "troublesome" populations along the entire east coast.  Intent remains ambiguous as to how smallpox got on the blankets, but the outcome was noteworthy, as the following letters suggest:
 

Research soon led me to around 1900 when it appears some rich and powerful individuals, often referred to as European Elite, demonstrated a growing anxiety over unrestrained population growth.  Large, powerful wealthy families, worldwide, then began spending larger sums of money studying this population "problem." Sound familiar?

After W.W.II, many of those same families' concerns were conferred to our military establishments who then translated those concerns into action by linking the problem to national security.

In 1798, the Rev. 1871, the first person to discover DNA was Johann Friedrich Meischer, a German medic who set out to discover what chemicals could be found in the nucleus of a cell in 1867 by isolating DNA from fish sperm and the pus of open wounds, finally publishing his work in 1871. He suggested that the code for inheritance could be held in a single molecule "as the words and terms of all language [are] in the 24-30 letters of the alphabet". Most of what Meischer ultimately suggested concerning nucleic acid turned out to be true, and it became a joint effort among scientists to come up with the facts to support the theory.

During the 1920s, biochemist P.A. Levene analyzed the components of the DNA molecule. He found it contained four nitrogenous bases: cytosine, thymine, adenine, and guanine; deoxyribose sugar; and a phosphate group. The breakthrough in the quest to determine the hereditary material came from the work of Max Delbruck and Salvador Luria in the 1940s--bacteriophage; a type of virus that attacks bacteria. (Bacteriophages infect a cell by injecting DNA into the host cell. In October 1942, ten months after entering World War II, America was preparing its first assault against Nazi military forces. Prescott Bush was managing partner of Brown Brothers Harriman. His 18-year-old son George H. W. Bush, the future U.S. President, had just begun training to become a naval pilot.

On Oct. 20, 1942, the U.S. government ordered the seizure of Nazi German banking operations in New York City which were being conducted by Prescott Bush. Under the Trading with the Enemy Act, the government took over the Union Banking Corporation, in which Bush was a director. The U.S. Alien Property Custodian seized Union Banking Corp.'s stock shares, all of which were owned by Prescott Bush, E. Roland `` Bunny '' Harriman, three Nazi executives, and two other associates of Bush.

By Oct. 26, 1942, U.S. troops were under way for North Africa. On Oct. 28, the government issued orders seizing two Nazi front organizations run by the Bush-Harriman bank: the Holland-American Trading Corporation and the Seamless Steel Equipment Corporation. In 1942, Canada, the United States and Great Britain entered into a secret agreement to take the brucellosis bacteria and make it more contagious and more virulent and to weaponize it at USAMRIID http://www.usamriid.army.mil/, Ft Detrick, MD.

In 1943, the US officially began our bio-warfare program. Shortly thereafter, we were finding our way to New Guinea to study mycoplasma in humans. Over the next ten years the Canadian government agreed to cooperate with the American government, and in Belleville, Ontario, the dominion parasite laboratory would go on to raise100 million mosquitoes a month which were transferred to certain American universities to be contaminated with (engineered) disease agents under the protection afforded by US Governmental Codes: #1511-1527, particularly noting U.S.Code #1520-a.

In 1944, Oswald Avery ("The transforming principle is DNA": Avery; McLeod and McCarty, 1931-1944) proved that DNA was indeed responsible for inheritance. Avery discovered that certain laboratory rats inherited certain forms of virulent pneumococci when injected with the viruses. This proved that transference of bacteria was possible. Avery desired to discover what this transference material was made of. Hours of laborious work yielded positive results. The transference material was deoxyrobose nucleic acid, or DNA (Judson 1979:34-37).

December 1944, Bill Donovan, head of the OSS, and Allen Dulles, OSS head of intelligence operations in Europe operating out of Switzerland, strongly urged FDR to approve a plan allowing Nazi intelligence officers, scientists and industrialists to be "given permission for entry into the United States after the war and the placing of their earnings on deposit in an American bank and the like."

By 1945, we had witnessed the greatest influx of foreign scientists in history into the U.S. biological program. "Operation Paperclip"(http://www.goordnance.apg.army.mil/OPpaperclip.htm) , approved by the Joint Chiefs of Staff to bring 350 German scientists (of which Henry Kissinger was involved) into the US. Our government then helped these scientists find positions not only in military research, but also within the commercial pharmaceutical industry. George Merck, Jr. heir to pharmaceutical giant Merck & Co., had been running the US military's biological weapons program since the start of war, and many Nazis along with the results of their death camp experiments were eagerly harnessed. Dr. Josef Mengele, Victor Klemper, Dr. Herbert Axster, Dr. Arthur Rudolph, Georg Richkey, Klaus Barbie, Kurt Blome (who tested Sarin nerve gas on prisoners at Auschwitz) et al...all transported to safety, courtesy of the US Government via Red Cross International.

Additionally, under the top-secret Project/Operation Paperclip, the US Army smuggled Wernhervon Braun, Hitler's chief missile designer, and his team of 118 Peenemunde scientists out of Germany and brought them to the United States. After first some sent to a military base near El Paso, they were taken to Huntsville in 1950 and put to work at Redstone Arsenal. Prescott Bush himself also financed this effort, and was subsequently wrist-slappped by congress for twenty-two counts of trading with the enemy.

Bush would go on to finance our post-war bioweaponry development effort until 1960. Our US DOD molecular eugneics program was by this time fully underway.

1946, President Harry Truman approved the Dulles-inspired Project Paperclip, whose mission was to bring no less than 1,000 Nazi scientists to the US, and the US Navy subsequently hired Dr. Earl Traub, a notorious racist biologist. A May appropriations hearing confirms the existence of a "secret" biological weapon.

In 1948, we know that the United States confirmed the endorsement of "devising a scheme" in which to address the issue of overpopulation in certain racial groups. State Department's George McKennan's memo will forever illuminate the eugenics mendacity necessary for genocide of millions of innocent people. The CIA was also part of the armed forces' medical intelligence organization, legitimized in 1948--the Agency put in charge of "foreign, atomic, biological, and chemical intelligence, from medical science's point of view."

In 1949, Dr. Bjorn Sigurdsson isolates the VISNA (sheep) virus. Visna is man made and shares some "unique DNA" with HIV. See, Proceedings of the United States, NAS, Vol. 92, pp. 3283 - 7, (April 11, 1995).

1953, Watson, Crick, Franklin and Wilkins are credited with revealing DNA's now familiar, ever right-turning double helix shape.

In 1954, Dr. Bjorn Sigurdsson publishes his first paper on Visna virus and establishes himself as the "Grandfather of the AIDS virus."

In 1962, under the cover of cancer research, the United States charts a path to commit premeditated murder; hence, "Special Cancer Virus" program begun Feb. 12, 1962. Dr. Len Hayflick sets up mycoplasma lab at Stanford University.

June 9, 1969, Dr. Donald McArthur of Pentagon Biological Warfare (research branch) spoke to several congressmen in a top secret meeting and he told those congressmen if they voted him an additional 10 million dollars, the Pentagon would have within a 10 year period a new pathogenic microorganism, one which does not naturally exist and for which, these are his words "no immunity could have been acquired." 1971, "Special Virus Cancer Program issues Progress Report # 8. Pps. 104 - 106" (http://www.boydgraves.com/timeline), proves Dr. Robert Gallo was (secretly) working on the development of AIDS with full support of the U.S. government.

1970, away from the probing eyes of the public, Congress and the National Security Council created The Commission on Population Growth and the American Future (U.S. Government Printing Office, 1972. 176 pp.), which completed its work in March, 1972.

1974, Henry Kissinger and Brent Scowcroft issue NSSM 200 on behalf of Pres. Nixon -- blueprint for genocide -- HERE

In 1975, Dr. Robert Gallo and Robert E. Gallagher announced that they had discovered a human leukemia virus, but other laboratories unable to replicate their results. Scientific ridicule follows.

In 1977, Dr. Robert Gallo and the top Soviet Scientists meet to discuss the proliferation of the 15,000 gallons of this virus.

In 1981, Dr. Gallo, nudges out Pasteur Institute and publishes finding on HTLV re: HIV, in SCIENCE in 1981. Findings confirmed; Gallo transformed from a "loser to a star." Dr. Gallo's 1971 findings (report #8) identical to his AIDS announcement.

In 1982, the National Cancer Institute forms AIDS task force with Gallo as its head.

By 1993 we had been selling and shipping various "bioweaponry" to our enemies for nearly two decades. (You may read about our repeated sales to Iraq, alone; 1983-1994, along with subsequent congressional records: 1994, The Riegle Report, by simply typing the name of the report into Google.) By 1993, the DOD ofiicially owned the patent (and all its predecessors) for its premiere stealth/tactical weapon of choice--pathogenic mycoplasma. Then Go to US Patent Office files http://patft.uspto.gov/ for a 72-page copy of this disturbing patent owned by the DOD--that same organism which has infected, and subsequently maimed and/or killed, a preponderance of our Gulf War Veterans, since 1991....) The Center For Advancement of Genomics has some information, as well. What does this weaponized organism do? It is responsible for some 1500+ auto-immune ailments, neurodegenerative diseases, and death, alone. It is also found in AIDS patients. It is passed from generation to generation. It is the ultimate gift which keeps on giving (damaged DNA).

We must ask ourselves WHY.

In 1942, George W. Merck, of Merck Pharmaceuticals, Germany, became America's biological weapons industry director, personally appointed by President Roosevelt and US Secretary of War, Henry Stinson.  In August, he headed up the War Research Service (WRS). Merck was appointed by FDR as czar of the American Biological Weapons program and moved from the Merck & Co. US headquarters in New Jersey, into his new offices at the National Academy of Sciences in Washington. At the National Academy of Sciences he was assisted by technical aide Arvo T. Thompson. Merck Pharmaceuticals home offices, however, were originally in Berlin.  Merck and Company is infamous for having received a large infusion of cash around the same time to secure a virtual monopoly over the chemical and pharmaceutical industries by Martin Bormann, Hitler's top financial officer for the Third Reich. After the end of W.W.II Merck became special Biological Weapons advisor to U.S. Secretary of War, Robert P. Paterson. Merck released a copy of his own personal report on Allied biological weapons (BW) activities throughout the war; in important concluding remarks he stressed that continued efforts in BW research were vital to American security.

And later in 1945, when Hitler realized he was about to lose the war, he ordered Martin Bormann, the Third Reich's economic chief, to bury his (the Nazi) "war chest" to assure Germany's economic recovery after WW II, but also to assure a virtual monopoly over the world's pharmaceutical and chemical industries and the "rise of the Fourth Reich." Much of that money went into Merck & Co (anthrax), I.G. Farben (who developed the deadly gas used in Auschwitz et al) and Bayer Pharmaceuticals (Cipro). A lot of the money was secured, processed and amassed by Union Banking of New York under the auspices of Senator Prescott Bush, father of G.H.W. Bush.

Plug the name Erik Traub into a search engine...he was Hitler's top bioweapons developer. Henry Kissinger also departed Nazi Germany with his family in 1938 and became an intelligence officer under General Alexander Bolling, as part of Project Paperclip (which Bolling orchestrated)--the project of bringing Nazi intelligence to work for the old US of A, helping develop faster, better rockets, diseases for warfare, and experimentation with mind control.

Dr. Kissinger participated in the induction of Nazi scientists, including bioweapons designer Erik Traub, into the American military-intelligence-industrial apparatus, during this clandestine program of importing Nazi doctors and wizards into America--Project Paperclip--often utilizing the Red Cross as cover for the importation of at least 2000 Nazis into the U.S. industrial and intelligence organizations. Traub then went to work for the U.S. Navy biological research lab, which is affiliated with many of the academic institutions in the U.S. that are the premier biological weapons development and testing operations.[6]

In 1944, Bill Donovan, head of the Office of Strategic Services, and Allen Dulles, OSS head of intelligence operations in Europe operating out of Switzerland, had strongly urged FDR to approve a plan allowing Nazi intelligence officers, scientists and industrialists to be "given permission for entry into the United States after the war and the placing of their earnings on deposit in an American bank and the like." FDR swiftly turned the proposal down, saying, "We expect that the number of Germans who are anxious to save their skins and property will rapidly increase. Among them may be some who should properly be tried for war crimes, or at least arrested for active participation in Nazi activities. Even with the necessary controls you mention, I am not prepared to authorize the giving of guarantees."[7]

But his presidential veto was a dead letter, even as it was being formulated. Operation Overcast was certainly under way by July 1945, approved by the Joint Chiefs of Staff to bring into the US, 350 German scientists, including Werner Von Braun and his V2 rocket team, chemical weapons designers, and artillery and submarine engineers. There had been some theoretical ban on Nazis being imported, but this was as empty as FDR's edict. The Overcast shipment included such notorious Nazis and SS officers as Von Braun, Dr. Herbert Axster, Dr. Arthur Rudolph and Georg Richkey.  By 1946 a rationale based on Cold War strategy was becoming more important. Nazis were needed in the struggle against Communism, and their capabilities certainly had to be withheld from the Soviets. In September 1946 President Harry Truman approved the Dulles-inspired Paperclip Project, whose original mission was to bring no less than 1,000 Nazi scientists to the United States. Among them were many of the vilest criminals of the war: there were doctors from Dachau concentration camp who had killed prisoners by putting them through high altitude tests, who had frozen their victims to discover how long it takes humans, to freeze to death, and given them massive doses of salt water to research the process of drowning. There were the chemical weapons engineers such as Kurt Blome, who had tested Sarin nerve gas on prisoners at Auschwitz. There were doctors who instigated battlefield traumas by taking women prisoners at Ravensbruck and filling their wounds with gangrene cultures, sawdust, mustard gas, and glass, then sewing them up and treating some with doses of sulfa drugs while timing others to see how long it took for them to develop lethal cases of gangrene. There were creative furniture designs using human tissue (often extracted, live) and other bones and body parts.  But Nazis were not the only scientists sought out by US intelligence agents after the end of World War II.

In Japan the US Army put on its payroll Dr. Shiro Ishii, the head of the Japanese Imperial Army's biological warfare unit. Dr. Ishii had deployed a wide range of biological and chemical agents against Chinese and Allied troops, and had also operated a large research center in Manchuria, where he conducted bio weapons experiments on Chinese, Russian and American prisoners of war. Ishii infected prisoners with tetanus; gave them typhoid-laced tomatoes; developed plague-infected fleas; infected women with syphilis; and exploded germ bombs over dozens of POWs tied to stakes. Among other atrocities, Ishii's records show that he often performed "autopsies" on live victims. In a deal hatched by General Douglas MacArthur, Ishii turned over more than 10,000 pages of his "research findings" to the US Army, avoided prosecution for war crimes and was invited to lecture at Ft. Detrick, the US Army bio-weapons research center near Frederick, Maryland. [8]

Copying the Nazis' methods, the covert medical experiments of the US government sought out the most vulnerable and captive of subjects: the mentally retarded, terminally ill, and, unsurprisingly, prisoners. In 1963, 133 prisoners in Oregon and Washington had their scrotums and testicles exposed to 600 roentgens of radiation. One of the subjects was Harold Bibeau. Since 1994 Bibeau has been waging a one-man battle against the US Department of Energy, the Oregon Department of Corrections, the Battelle Pacific Northwest Labs and the Oregon Health Sciences University. Because he's an ex-con he has not, thus far, obtained much satisfaction.  In 1963 Bibeau was convicted of killing a man who had tried to molest him sexually.  Bibeau got twelve years for voluntary manslaughter. While in prison another inmate told him of a way he might get some time knocked off his sentence and make a small amount of money. Bibeau could do this by joining a medical research project supposedly managed by the Oregon Health Sciences University, the state's medical school. Bibeau says that though he did sign an agreement to be part of the research project, he was never told that there might be dangerous consequences for his health. The experiments on Bibeau and other in mates (all told, 133 prisoners in Oregon and Washington) proved damaging in the extreme. The research involved the study of the effects of radiation on human sperm and gonadal cell development.  Bibeau and his fellows were doused with 650 rads of radiation. This is a very hefty dose. One chest X-ray today involves about 1 rad. But this wasn't all. Over the next few years in prison Bibeau says he was subjected to numerous injections of other drugs, of a nature unknown to him. He had biopsies and other surgeries. He claims that after he was released from prison he was never contacted again for monitoring. The Oregon experiments were done for the Atomic Energy Commission, with the CIA as a cooperating agency. In charge of the Oregon tests was Dr. Carl Heller. But the actual X-rays on Bibeau and the other prisoners were done by entirely unqualified people, in the form of other prison inmates. Bibeau got no time off his sentence and was paid $5 a month and $25 for each biopsy performed on his testicles. Many of the prisoners in the experiments in the Oregon and Washington state prisons were given vasectomies or were surgically castrated. The doctor who performed the sterilization operations told the prisoners the sterilizations were necessary to "keep from contaminating the general population with radiation-induced mutants."  In defending the sterilization experiments, Dr. Victor Bond, a physician at the Brookhaven nuclear lab, said, "It's useful to know what dose of radiation sterilizes. It's useful to know what different doses of radiation will do to human beings." One of Bond's colleagues, Dr. Joseph Hamilton of the University of California Medical School in San Francisco, said more candidly that the radiation experiments (which he had helped oversee) "had a little of the Buchenwald touch." [9]

The CIA was a major player in a whole series of inter-agency government panels on human experimentation. For example, three CIA officers served on the Defense Department's committee on medical sciences and these same officers were also key members on the joint panel on medical aspects of atomic warfare. This is the government committee that planned, funded and reviewed most human radiation experiments, including the placement of US troops in proximity to nuclear tests conducted in the 1940s and 1950s.  The CIA was also part of the armed forces' medical intelligence organization, created in 1948, where the Agency was put in charge of "foreign, atomic, biological, and chemical intelligence, from medical science's point of view." Among the more bizarre chapters in this mission was the dispatch of a team of agents to engage in a form of body-snatching, as they tried to collect tissue and bone samples from corpses to determine levels of fallout after nuclear tests. To this end they sliced tissue from some 1,500 bodies - without the knowledge or consent of the relatives of the deceased. Further evidence of the Agency's central role was its lead part in the Joint Atomic Energy Intelligence Committee, the clearinghouse for intelligence on foreign nuclear programs. The CIA chaired the Scientific Intelligence Committee and its subsidiary, the Joint Medical Science Intelligence Committee. Both these bodies planned the radiation and human experimentation research for the Department of Defense.[10]

The first group of seven scientists signed by contract under Operation Paperclip arrived at Fort Strong, New York, September 20, 1945, and from there were taken to Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. In 1947, Nazi Scientist Dr. Wernher von Braun had been relocated to Ft. BLiss, Texas, where he was photographed with a group of his peers.[11] Under the aegis of Operation (formerly "Project") Paperclip, Klaus Barbie (doll?), the infamous Nazi doctor "Butcher of Lyon" was also recruited and protected by our government.[12].

Operation Paperclip came to a fitting conclusion with the naturalization of the first group of more than 50 German scientists and technicians on November 11, 1954, in Birmingham, Alabama.[13]

Also in 1942, Dr. Joseph E. Smadel was appointed Director/Chair of the US Armed Forces Commission on Viral and Rickettsial Diseases, Walter Reed Army Hospital; Smadel's expertise was in mosquito borne illnesses and infectious diseases. (http://www.armymedicine.army.mil/history/ borden/histories/sec7-1.pdf)  Then in a concerted effort with DOD, CBC, NIH, and the governments of US, Canada, Great Britain and Australia, the US government, operating out of Walter Reed Hospital and Ft. Detrick, MD, began (with Congressional approval)--created a specific program for the study (and later manufacture of) certain mycoplasmic organisms--bacteria, which could be genetically engineered to act like viruses, created without cell coating, designed to feed off sterols; produced in its 'host', virtually impossible to detect, and more debilitating than a single bullet because the genetic legacy is passed form generation to generation; These bacteria were tailored for transport via certain "vectors', i.e., mosquitoes, and engineered for use as pathogenic biological weaponry by those four governments, included, but were not limited to, West Nile Fever Virus, Visna (AIDS), Anthrax, and Brucellosis.[14]

"Granted top priority status, the program employed approximately four thousand people by the end of the war. The centre (sic) of activity was the Special Projects division of the Chemical Warfare Service and its new research and development centre located in Fort Detrick, Maryland. The Detrick scientists cast a wide experimental net. They studied anthrax, brucellosis (undulant fever), Botulinus toxin, plague, southern blight of grains, potatoes and sugar beets (Sclerotium rolfoil), late blight, late blast, brownspot of rice, plant growth inhibitors, rinderpest, tularemia (Rabbit fever), mussel poisoning, coccidioidomycosis, rickettsia, psittacosis, neurotropic encephalitis, Newcastle disease and fowl plague." [15]

According to an article published on September 29, 1994, our own US Government Accounting Office conceded that from 1940-1974, over 500,000 people were used as subjects to test the viability of our "new' secret weaponry.  Many of them were tested without their knowledge.  Apparently in 1974, the government demonstrated regulations which would permit such testing be done in secret. [16]

You can browse the Cornell University Law web pages on the internet and review the very US Governmental Codes which our government later cited which permit testing of such "weaponry" secretly against people here in this country, or any other country, for that matter. Under US Government Code, Title 50, Chapter 32, Section 1520-a, our own government may be authorized to perform experiments on an unsuspecting public, without disclosing such acts, for the purposes of testing, developing, and transporting biological weapons.

In 1960, then, with Congressional approval, having clandestinely tested our biolgical weapons' viability on unsuspecting humans, our government went into production of these organisms for sale (aka, intent to distribute), to be used against those people of this earth--deemed our enemies--then obtained permission to "test" the organisms on unsuspecting populations.  The theory was, it would take so long to actually detect the organisms that accurate diagnoses would become virtually impossible.  They would get away with murder...a slow undetectable bullet in most cases. By this time aerosol spraying and mosquitoes were considered best "vectors for transporting" these diseases over large areas without detection. [17]

In 1969 Congress approved another $10 million to continue studying these diseases viability as weaponry.  In 1971, $125 million was appropriated for what could have been construed as 'population control'.[18]

What appeared to be a mysterious outbreak of Legionnaire's Disease in 1976, may have in fact been no more than a viability test for the mycoplasma.  The victims of the out break displayed all the symptoms of having contracted Legionnaires bacterium (Legioella pneumophila), but with no trace of the actual bacterium evident.  As it turns out, the symptoms of mycoplasma (aka: brucellosis, brucella) fermentans incognitus (aka, EBV, MS, ALS etc., etc.), are identical, but without the bacterial markers which make it readily visible via routine lab test. [19]

What a plan!  But how did they get away with testing innocent, helpless, American citizens this way?

If you can get this far in your own research rather than dismissing what I have written because it makes your gut ache to have your paradigm challenged, if you actually begin to connect those available data "dots" long enough--then you will begin to uncover another horrible reality, and that is that there is a whole underlying network of extraordinarily wealthy and powerful individuals and families, who embrace an ideology of population reduction in order to secure control of the earth's natural resources--one of which currently includes OIL-- and when you see that these people are multinational, and you accept that their ideology for population reduction follows the same reasoning that Hitler followed with racial hygiene: to make it American intelligence's and national security's primary interest for foreign policy, you begin to see the tip of the iceberg looming in front of us, and who the  real bad guys may be.

During this same W.W.II period our Offices of Strategic Services were drawing personnel (OSS) from such an elite group of banking, legal, oil and industrial communities who sought to preserve the world's resources from depletion. [20] Due to the simultaneous realization of vast middle eastern oil reserves, one of those elite, Allen Dulles, in 1924, had already tried to interest oil businessmen in acting as intelligence gathering agents in the growing Iraqi-Kuwiat dispute over a common boundary.  Prior to 1913, no one knew about any oil there. [21]

This particular policy of developing biological weapons for possible use against the enemies of humanity was originally funded by another elite businessman and Senator, Prescott Bush (George Bush's Sr.'s own father, GW's grandfather), via Union Banking and Brown Brothers Harriman, and General William Draper, and the Rockefellers (Rockefeller Foundation) -- the first people in the congress in 1968 that came out in favor of population reduction in the third world -- a concept translated into actual legislation by Henry Kissinger in National Security Memorandum 200, penned in 1971, and kept low profile [22]  until, later on when a stunningly similar document, ambiguously named the UN Biodiversity Treaty, emerged in Rio De Janeiro at the 1992 UN Earth Summit, to be endorsed by Al Gore, our US vice-president and representative to the UN Summit, and Congress, with express wording in support of reducing the earth's population by 25% by the year 2025. [23]

The 1992 Biodiversity Treaty, however,  was temporarily defeated in a motion led in part by Texas Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson, based on overwhelming scientific evidence contradicting any reality of population peril et al, submitted by Dr. Michael Coffman, who, along with several other scientists, was commissioned by the UN to study global warming, but who actually found NO ACTUAL SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE at all in support of global warming or any other scientific theory proffered to justify population control.  After he and others presented those results of their ten year study, the Biodiversity Treaty was shelved until this year, when it was to be again introduced at the Johannesburg Summit last August, but the new document proposed was worded to now read 80%....

And if you are now waiting for the other shoe to drop, here it is....

George W. Bush, Jr. now wants to, like his father before him, declare war on Iraq and Saddam Hussein because Hussein is developing weapons of mass destruction......

Well, folks, let me remind you, Saddam bought his weapons from our own American government--all the best, most effective biological weaponry we had developed to offer--from 1985-1989.  Then we sold him West Nile Virus in 1994, which we had been engineering for optimum transport in a vector since 1942.  Saddam indeed stored and in 1991 subsequnetly used those biological weapons (including at least six SCUD missiles) whose pathological components had been developed at Ft. Detrick Maryland by the United States DOD biological warfare researchers (brucella melitensis, among others), and sold to him on May 2, 1986, pursuant to application and licensing by the US Department of Commerce, and secretly under Title 50, section 32, subsection 1520 (now 1520-a). In fact, Saddam Hussein had been allowed to purchase an array of biological materials (bacillus anthracis, clostridium perfingens) from us, right up until just before the Gulf War, from February 8, 1985-November 28, 1989. [24]

The Centers for Disease Control began keeping records of our government's export(s) of certain pathogens on October 1, 1984, yet they fabricated disinformation in 1991 when veterans became ill from their exposure to our pathogens, to keep the reality of the information concerning Bush Sr.'s double dealings with Iraq from public scrutiny, and worse, the reality that Iraq's weapons of mass destruction that both Bushes so publicly railed against, were SOLD TO HUSSEIN by the USA with  the full knowledge of Congress, the CDC (Health Services Deputy Director, Stephen C. Joseph) and the National Institute of Health.[25]

In truth, the long-denied and deadly, disfiguring, disabling Gulf War Illness was caused by our own government's Biological Weapons Division and occurred when at least six SCUD missiles were launched at our troops in Jubayl, and when Iraqi containment depots holding those biological agents we sold to Iraq, were blown up near Kuwait, covering our troops with contaminated, catastrophic biological film. [26]

And remember, George Bush Sr., and Jr., both knew and supported all of the above--at least three generations of Bushes have both profited from war (see Carlyle Group) and in those very weapons of mass destruction they are so fond of accusing others of possessing.............[27]

Use your thinking caps, my friends---now whom do you think the real terrorists are?

Why would anyone, any country or individual develop sadistic weapon(s) for maiming?  Why do you think it took so long for our government to admit that Gulf War veterans were really sick?   We invented the biological material that made them sick.   We made a profit selling this to third world countries???? What posseses the sellers to whine about their buyers' use of those weapons?  It's like heroin dealers complaining about the potential for junkies......

But worse, is that our government and military have been testing this material on the American public for sixty years without our knowledge.  For purposes of "defense" our DOD created a slow sure bullet that expand on impact, maim and debilitate, and one that incrementally destroys genrations over a long period of time--one that would remain virtually hidden among us.

What kind of sadism justifies this?   Ask yourself WHY we would sell something like this to anyone?   Are such individuals are drunk off their own power?  There's not a weapon on our planet which can prohibit this kind of double-dealing and lying to the American people, or the world.  Except, perhaps, the truth.   For it is not a war of traditional weaponry.  It is a war being waged against any and all of humanity, but it especially targets those who do not possess the ability to be part of a paranoid elite inner sanctum, and those who do not even possess the ability to know they are under attack.  And it is a war subsequently whitewashed by pointing accusing fingers at others.  Our own government has become a merchant of death, for profit.  This is the real crime here.

And, my friends, this has come to you, to all of us, straight from the bowels of hell.

And my only comfort in all of this--since I myself am now being debilitated by one of these purposely engineered pathogenic mycoplasmic diseases of which there is no available cure--is that the Holy Bible I have been reading for the past four years was indeed correct, and that the God of Ages who loved us enough to preserve His now politically incorrect Handbook for Survival in a Hostile World, still titled The Bible, was in fact telling the truth about our true nature....

It was never money that was the root of all evil, it was greed--the LOVE of money, and irresistible, intoxicating power.  We humans do truly lack the ability to turn away from those desirable things which would pervert us, and is why we needed God's help in the first place.  We cannot manage greed.  You know, that fall in the Garden of Eden was never about food.  It was about insatiable desire.  And insatiable desire is what drives sentient beings to do the incomprehensible.

I suggest, among other things, calling your congressmen and women and letting them know how angry all of this makes you and that you protest this invasion of Iraq on the premises given.  For one can buy all the handguns one can afford to protect oneself from impending Iraqi or Al-Quaeda terrorist attacks and/or retaliation, or US Military SWAT teams (forced small pox vaccinations are imminent!), bury your privately owned gold in your backyard, try to preserve this country's rapidly disappearing US Constitution, and refuse national ID cards and microchip implants--but if what you've read here today is correct, we will soon all be too weak to even hold a spoon, let alone a weapon.  So while you're stockpiling guns, ammunition, food and water, perhaps it is time to take time to read what Almighty God has planned for the culmination of such evil.  It might prove to be the one truly effective way to cope with the reality of all this, for in His Book, God says such evil will neither depart nor be deterred (eradicated) until He eradicates it, and until then He will, with great forbearance and long-suffering, permit such enemy(ies) of mankind to exist, so that ultimately His (God's) own purposes on earth might be fulfilled among us, and He alone be glorified.

And yet within the words of this same book, He goes to great length and lovingkindness to offer the One and only effective Remedy against such evil and evil's ultimate consequences.  He offers His Remedy for free, to all who seek it.  And to whomever He extends His free gift, He additionally promises He will never leave or forsake them, but instead will provide for their every need.

It is, therefore--more than ever-- my prayer that you will set aside any preconceptions you may have acquired or had foisted upon you by well-meaning relatives, friends, schooling, or church, regarding who the enemy of this land is/are--and obtain a copy of His incredible book.   Your Handbook for Survival (fortunately, still titled The Bible) against those who seek to harm us is still available for less than $10.00 at almost any bookstore here in the USA.

I suggest purchasing one and reading it, today, while it is still legal to possess.
